Ranks
The clan is divided into various branches in order to organize and maintain. Each reindeer within a section has their own duties to fulfill, making every member a vital portion of the community. These ranks are typically determined by the staff or are voted upon regularly.
Leader
The overall leader of ReindeerClan.
This person has all the power and can do absolutely anything he or she desires.

Co-Leader
ReindeerClan's second in charge and future leader, they will succeed after the previous steps down. They can do as they please with the leader's permission.

Administrators
Known as admins for short, these reindeer help keep things organized by acting as a third in command. They regularly advertise and monitor clan ongoings, and esnure there is no bullying or cheating.
They are also the clan's 'filter', helping the leader decide on drastic changes, like new rules and events.

Guides
While any reindeer can offer assistance to others, whether with the task system, simple training, or boss battles, Guides make it a living.
They are happy to help and make time for those who are struggling to progress, and will even choose to take a reindeer under their wing as an 'apprentice. Of course that last one is personal preference.

Members
As I like to call them, the residents of reindeer civilization, the everyday townsfolk, and the simplistic citizens of a not so average community. These reindeer are everyone who has not taken up a more advanced rank in the clan, who go about their days peacefully, and make up the vast majority of the population.
They might be simple but they're no less vital to our clan's survival.
Exiled
Very few reindeer have been banished to the point of no return, but it does happen. Once a reindeer has persistently defied the laws of the Clan and has no intention of making up for their transgressions they are sent away, no longer able to walk alongside their brethren.
There is a way back
Three months after one is exiled a hearing can be held to determine if they are worthy of returning or not. If they are denied their exile is permanent and no future hearings will be made.
