We're back from an awkward break

Hey there friends, it's your leader, Reindeer here. I realize things have been rather quiet these past several weeks, but I would like to assure you that I have not gotten up and left, and I will still be leading ReindeerClan. There are many factors that contributed to my disappearance and the stumble of the community, but I will only be addressing two.

First off, the staff. Regardless of who held what positions I always felt like I was working by myself, and because of this, I was often stressed and overwhelmed. This was hindering my judgement and keeping me from really moving forward, therefore things were lagging behind. I appreciate those that stepped forward and made the attempt to change the outcome for the better of the clan, but quite honestly, it seems both of our sides weren't really putting in our full effort, and since we weren't truly working together things were falling apart. Secondly, I lost touch. The first week of August I was grounded from the computer because of some.. family argument I got caught in the middle of. During this absence the clan was withering away and people were accepting the fact that I had vanished without a trace and that things were already rolling downhill, like it had been for some time. Therefore many either grew quiet and stuck to the shadows or got up and left altogeher. When I finally returned I was mentally shattered and torn apart by what I had gone through during the week, and the fact that no one, not even anyone from the staff, had attempted to contact me to see what was up was depressing. The anxiety took hold and I avoided skype and TTR and remained in my isolated state.. But things are okay now Up until a few days ago, I have been taking extra time off from clans in order to refresh in preparation for my next attempt. I am now renovating the website, advertising every other day, socializing with more of the reindeer, and working on a new schedule system. I have been doing this almost entirely on my own, and plan to do so for the next month or two until I decide on a new staff. Speaking of which, since those in the original staff still have yet to contact me in any way I have decided to completely redo the ranks, along with the master list of names. It would be too much to go hunting down every reindeer on the original list to see if they're still active, so if they want back in they need to step forward and ask. I'm sorry I haven't been that great of a leader, and I have made more mistakes than achievements during my reign over ReindeerClan. However I am not ready to give up and plan to be here for many more months to come. This should be proof enough to you that I can't do this alone, that I need reindeer in the staff that truly want to make a difference. We can't just sit around a table in silence expecting me to have a plan already laid out, more times than not I have received nothing but 'idk' and blank glances during meetings, and this is not okay. I don't demand from you to have a bunch of ideas ready to go, therefore you cannot expect it from me. We're all human and not everything can be accomplished alone.
