A year of Reindeer

Its been a year since ReindeerClan opened its doors on ToonTown Rewritten

and hopefully it will be many more before we'll have to say goodbye, but lets not think that far ahead, instead, lets reminisce a bit. ReindeerClan was originally founded sometime before 2011, I assume 2010, on ToonTown Online by a different derp, the original derp. It had a lot of potential, and a decent fanbase marching alongside, but one thing lead to another, and the herd disbanded and went their separate ways.

Three years later, after ToonTown Online shut its doors, and Rewritten arose to take its place, somewhat, one of the original derps stepped up and decided to break the silence. This derp was me. On December 25th, 2014, literally on Christmas Day, I created my toon and immediately began training and recruiting to raise up a new herd in order to revive the lost civilization of Reindeer..

2015 certainly went by fast. The clan had many ups and downs, gains and losses, and interesting experiences over it's course of a year. Many of the original members from the 2014 period came and went, and haven't come back, but a large portion remains to this day and continues to add onto the clan's rich history; in hopes of crafting a thriving community for future generations of Reindeer to enjoy.

We still have a long way to go before we're the clan we dreamed we'd be, having events every week, parties and ceremonies, fests and contests, and most of all, teamwork and compassion, but at the pace we're going we'll be there in no time.

Thank you for sticking around this long

for supporting me, the community, and the dream we share and future dreams we'll have. We couldn't have done this without the help of each and every reindeer that has come through our doors, even those that lost the spark or had to go their own way. I may not be able to ever thank you in person, but at least I can say it here and now so you can look back on it in written form, to know it was truly there to begin with.

May 2016 be twice, no, three times as amazing as the years before.
